A wonderful reproduction of a cast iron coin bank that showcases the skill ingenuity, craftsmanship of the early to mid 1900s. It reminds me of the RCA dog.
Not only does this look like an original it was made like one with quality metal and attention to detail. The piece does have a flat head screw holding the two sides together but as you can see from the images the seam appears to be welded, so access to the inside is not possible with basic tools.
