No Restocking Fees

As experts in home decor, we understand that sometimes you need to see a product in your space to truly appreciate it. That's why we've eliminated restocking fees for all our valued customers. Your happiness is our priority, and we want you to feel confident in your choices. Rest assured that you're only responsible for return shipping costs on items not covered by our Risk-Free Returns Policy. Please keep in mind that all return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Additionally, any unauthorized returns, items sent to the wrong location, or products returned in damaged or unsellable condition may be subject to additional fees, which will be deducted from your refund or result in the inability to issue a refund.

Risk-Free Returns

We offer prepaid returns for items that can be shipped via FedEx/UPS within the 48 Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Please note that international orders, custom items, clearance items, oversized or freight items are not eligible for prepaid returns. Here's how to initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Care Advocates, and we'll email you a return shipping label within five business days.
Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest FedEx/UPS pick-up center.
We strive to process refunds promptly, typically once we receive the package. However, larger items or bulk orders may require inspection before refund processing. Please refer to our International Policies for international returns.
Returned products should include all original packaging, including papers, parts, and associated pieces. They should be in unused, like-new condition, with no altered wires or missing hardware. Items returned in non-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

Certain items are considered non-returnable, including:

Items marked as nonreturnable
Custom-made or custom-built fixtures
Clearance items, custom quotes, special discounts, and orders of ten or more units
Products not in resellable condition
Items missing their original box, packaging materials, and assembly instructions
Light bulbs, glass, parts, and shades
For oversized or freight items, you are responsible for all return shipping charges and must insure the shipment, providing proof of return tracking.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned item. As long as the product is in new condition, received in its original packaging, and sent to the correct warehouse, you will receive the applicable refund, minus any applicable fees or handling charges.

Items returned in a condition other than "As New" may incur additional fees or be denied a refund.

Please note that return requests outside of our stated policy will be reviewed and may result in shipping and restocking fees, depending on the circumstances. Items returned beyond the 30-day return window will only be eligible for store credit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly:

For items shipped via FedEx or UPS, contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage. We'll work with the carrier to ensure a quick resolution.
Larger items shipped via freight carriers should be inspected on-site, and any defects should be noted on the bill of lading. Contact us immediately to initiate a claim and expedite a replacement.
In the rare event of a manufacturer defect, call our toll-free number for assistance. Our Customer Care Advocates will guide you through the process of replacing your item or expediting the necessary parts.
Please remember to take photos of any damaged or defective items, as we may require them to process your claim. Email a digital copy to sales@earlyhomedecor.com.

Damages or defects reported after 30 days will be reviewed and considered for replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.

We retain the right to charge or invoice you for any item that you were provided prepaid return labels for but did not return.
