Traditional style iron hearth spatula inspired by documented American wrought-iron kitchen utensils of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Features a broad shaped blade, pierced heart at the blade junction, elongated decorative handle, and a second heart-shaped hanging terminal.
Surviving early American spatulas are documented with shaped handles, ornamental hanging terminals, pierced decoration, and heart motifs. This piece combines those historically appropriate elements into a modern interpretation rather than copying one specific antique example.

Made and individually worked and finished in our workshop. The irregular darkened iron surface is intentionally developed to recall the appearance of traditional blacksmith-made kitchen implements.
